  2. Usage Limit: You must have used no more than 20 credits from your account at the time of the refund request.

If both conditions are met, you are eligible for a refund.

Please note that all payments are processed through third-party platforms (such as Stripe, PayPal, etc.), which may charge non-refundable transaction fees (up to 6% of the payment amount). The refunded amount may be slightly less than the original payment due to these processing fees.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests)
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team via email with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Order ID or payment receipt
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
